Matt Quade, Licensed Home Inspector

Matt Quade joined Capital Area Home Inspections in 2017 and is licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Real Estate Inspector. Matt comes with a wealth of construction knowledge and experience. He was a homebuilder for Lennar Homes then later Toll Brothers before joining the Round Rock Fire Department where he has served the community for 12 years. Matt has earned many awards, is a licensed paramedic, and currently holds the rank of Fire Lieutenant. He successfully owned a general contracting company for 14 years before joining Capital Area Home Inspections. Projects for his company ranged from residential remodels and construction to larger commercial projects. His company was humbly selected to manage a low-income housing project, which was built to provide affordable housing to single mothers in Austin, TX.

Matt is a Texas A&M graduate, Class of ’02 and was a member of the Corp of Cadets, Company Squadron 2. He also holds the honor of Eagle Scout.

Matt is a busy-body and genuinely has a passion for the construction industry. Matt resides in Old Town Georgetown, just north of Austin, with his college sweetheart. They enjoy remodeling their 1930’s historic home and have become recently outnumbered as they have expanded their family with the addition of a 3rd boy! Matt loves all things outdoors and is considered the family’s grill master. When not immersed in a construction project, you can bet Matt is at a Little League Baseball game or enjoying Lake Austin with his family.
